These are what's my car atm.

Always presumed that they were just some budget tyres (mostly because I'd never heard of them before hehe), but I've been told that they're actually Pirellis. On their website though, suggest they're Indian brand of some sort.

Can anybody verify this either way please? confused There's nothing wrong with the tyres at all; they've actually been pretty good, was just musing over the idea of whether or not to change them for winter. Didn't have a problem with them in last winter's snow/ice though, and if they're not actually budget tyres then I may as well leave them on to be honest. smile

They are indeed made by Pirelli. Kwik-Fit distribute them in the UK.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CEAT_Limited - Indian company sold to Pirelli in the 70's.

Hmm ok scratchchin

Does anybody on here have any experience of them? I must admit, they're not brilliant in the wet (not bad, just not brilliant), although bizarrely they weren't too bad in the snow/ice last year. In the dry they're fantastic. Are they the same patterns and materials as Pirellis, only made cheaper? confused Or if indeed, it is just that Pirelli own the company.

I had them on a company Combo van. They were about the same as the Firestone Multihawk they replaced, and similar to the Sava Intensa that they were replaced with. Nothing special, nothing horrid.
