P0170 & P0173 Fault Codes

Hi all,
Been getting these codes for a while now. Sometimes one, sometimes both. I have cleaned the MAF Sensor with proper CRC MAF cleaner and changed teh air filter but the problem remains.
My code reader lists as Fuel rail malfunction.
Any ideas? New MAF?
My car is a 728 E38 2001.
