Here's an email I received from Bonewhacker. Here's the text:

------------------------------------------------------
I,ve only just become a member of this rather CRACKIN site, so still searchin thru all the stuff. However i spotted something you posted about a "Handbook". Unfortunately my Griff 500 was TORCHED last year by some C@%T along with the Handbook (which i foolishly left in the Glovebox) and although i,m looking to replace it right now (the car that is not the handbook)I,ve noticed that loads of them don,t have one so may be we can chat and maybe, pretty please,if you want, whenever suitable of course, please again, OH and did i mention the word please enough times. Sorry lost it there for a moment!!! Hows about scanning some handbooks as they are usually all different and putting them on this site for all to see.I think i can do it so shouldn,t be a problem, get back.

Sorry for the lack of trust here Bone, I'm just not sure what your objective is here. What is it that you want to know about Griffs?

Please. Not chassis.

I don't want a mention on his gravestone as the one who helped him build his chocolate Ferrari.

I wonder if it has the same "features" as my handbook, e.g. the first page with a header of Griffith and then banging on about how good your new Chimaera is and then describing a heating and alarm system from an entirely different car?

How can a Griffith Handbook come up for sale at an auction? What about the service history in the back? Surely it must have been nicked? These things are personal to each car, not something you buy in a bookshop. I'm confused...
