sliding cabinet door fixings

I have a hi-fi unit with sliding doors that have these fixings. the top fixings on both doors have snapped (cheers kids) and i cant seem to locate anywhere.

Only clue is they have Italy written on them. Traced this image from Google form a chinese company that look very similar

thought i'd post on the off chance someone here may be able to help
