Love the e30. Is it 325?

And what alloys are those?

Thank you mate - yep its a 325i geniune sport in sterling silver with a 6branch manifold and ££££'s spent on other stuff but still tried my best to make it look original.

The wheels are Brock B1's, 8.5 x 17 all round..!!!

Any pics of the exhaust on the 535? I have a 540i and dying to have the exhaust sorted!

The E30 looks REALLY poor - like something you'd see in Brixton c. 1995.

A few key changes have utterly spoiled what should be a stylish young-timer classic for me. Grim ride height, rear spoiler, smoked lenses, dodgy plates and inappropriate alloys.

What type of show committee would award marks for that type of after-market modification?

It's certainly doesn't give the impression of being a driver's car given the ride height at the back. Given the camber I'm assuming you haven't significantly modified the geometry.

Don't get me wrong, I loved my E30 325i, but it wasn't barried.

The E39 looks lovely though - please don't modify it cosmetically.

Spoiler is standard.

Both look great IMO. The only thing I'd change is the rear lights on the e30. I personally think the alloys look good.

I like both, although Id also prefer the original bbs alloys and rear lights on the e30. Both Great examples tho biggrin
