Tradesmen in Sheffield area?

Needing a kitchen fitter / tiler / electrician.

I have had a quote to fit 18m2 of porcelain tiles (600 x 300) for £800 2 days labour which I think is frankly outrageous. I have also had a quote to fit out and tile an en-suite and a bathroom all pottery going back in the same place just new - again labour only of £3500!! These are not huge rooms the bathroom is the length of the bath. Are there any tradesmen out there who don't expect to gross £100K a year?
