Bumping and a'banging.

Just started using the griff again, and although I bought it last year I didnt do that many miles.

Do they all make dull bump noises when the road isnt that flat?
I have had all four corners off over winter and I didnt see anything untoward.
Could it be the settings on the Spax adjustable shocks?
