Frozen

My bimmer's died a death so been using the Griff for the last week. All fine and dandy till this morning - doors, windows and locks all frozen solid. I've not been able to use the inside door handles till lunchtime all week - had to open the window to use the exterior button.
This morning nothing. Managed to get in the passenger door as that's a bit more sheltered so fired it up and all seemed well... until I tried to close the door. Latch is still frozen so won't catch. Given up now - tied up with string.

I'm not really the hair-drier type.

Too icy out to worry too much anyway. Off for a walk to the pub for a change and maybe a stagger back - no fear of more driving today.

Since you always have the roof off why do you need the doors anyway?

Both my E39 and Griff just fall off the road while standing still in this weather. A mountain bike with knobblies is the only way at the mo

Same problem with mine. Same every year, normally I spray the locks and plunger silicone before it gets cold eliminating the potential problem.
