E-Type Photos , 1960s ? Raceing, Who , Where,When ?

Had these 2 photos of 2 early Es in action for several years. The first is of a 3.8 Roadster Reg No 18 HYO .
This photo is uncaptioned, but i beleive this one survives today, it was an Opalescent Silver Blue car.
Is the car pursuing it an early Marcos ?

The second photo shows a Series 1 F.H.Coupe, Reg No. NCC 669 . THe back of the photo says "Miles Linley , Commercial, Industrial and Press Photography, Sheffield 7 .

It also says Henry Sniewiec ? Rufforth, ( both v.hard to read ) which i beleive was a long defunct race track ? Appologies for my repro quality skills, the photos are both very clear !!
