At long last the car is back home. Just in time for the snow (great!)

Thanks everyone, you've cheered me up.
The big silver box is to feed the 4 carbs. That seemed like a good idea at the time.
Just the front was painted, the back wasn't too bad and has polished up pretty well.
Roop and Esper do come over to the UK for a beer!!
Giles Cooper very kindly helped contract manage the work as well as finding the contacts to get the job done, and he's very happy with the car, which he never really was when it was new. So Ho-Hum.
Quiet a few of the guys are ex TVR Centre (Giles Cooper Ltd) rather than the until recently "current" people.

Just when it was going so well with posting stuff.
I can't load the link back to the topic whne the car was "found" in The Netherlands.
Can someone do this for me please. Goodness I hate technology when I can't get the hang of it!!
Thanks in advance.

Graham, Thanks for that.
We did loose the stereo for 2 reasons.
1) It was totally ucked.
2) It's very noisy in the car.
Seems to have worked out ok.

Giles tells me if anyone else needs help with a restoration. He'd be pleased for them to get in touch.

I did wonder what had happened in the background...! Having seen the before pictures and now this one (cracking photograph by the way) it's clear that there's been a lot of work happening on the car. Detail work on the interior looks very good - particularly from an originality point of view. Colour matching excellent - Dash looks OEM. Have the wheels been done as well...?

If there's anyone that knows how to make a straight TVR then it's Giles. What a fun project...!

Can we get more pics...?
