I'll bet that the Americans will want a crappy automatic version of which ever TVR they get.

If I ever lost the use of a leg I'd have a Griff 500 or Chimaera 500 converted to use a Range Rover auto-box like a shot.

But for completely able-bodied people, I'd agree that an auto TVR makes no sense at all.

You've obviously never driven a car equipped with a 'Steptronic-type' sequential gearbox. When all TVRs come with one as standard in a few years time, what will you do then?
