It seems as though my rear tyres are coming down to there low markers. Actually a friend pointed it out to me, being used to front wheel drives I was keeping an eye on the fronts and forgetting about the rears.
Anyway whats the recommendation for replacement, typical costs and where to get them (lancashire area).

Hi

Picked up mine from - www.buyatyre.com

Very good service fitted next day free by Kwikfit mobile. (I'm in Manchester)

Lad was keen but needed to show him the jacking points and give him a bit of wood so he did not dent the bottom.

Oh and they were £200 cheaper than Ribble.

I think you can get them from mytyre.com for less but you have to arrange your own fitting and delivery is longer.

IIRC the Yokohama Advan won't fit the S2 so the best replacement is what is ojn there at the moment - Bridgestone Potenzas I think. There'll be an S2 owner along in a minute to set me straight though

Don't know about prices "up North" but I paid £208 all in for a new set of Bridgestones on the back of my S2. Most places asked quite a bit more, but the likes of KwikFit were willing to price match, so haggle!
