I have seen some pics on here of engine covers for the LS engines , can't remember who's. Where would I get a set?

If you want the ones that look like fake carbon with LS7 in the covers then you'll have to look to the US for them and be prepared to pay stupid money for postage.
I got a pair off Andy Burrows at LS Power in gery primer glassfibre, could've had carbon but wanted to match body colour.

OP which engine do you have? I've got some red or black ones for the ls6 and the ls1.

Instead of covering the engine with some peice O' crud plastic why not spend the money on a good set of ARE alloy valve covers with integrated oilers. Take the coils off of the motor and mount them on there own brackett side by side somewhere low in the eengine bay. Just my 10 cents worth. Lee

Plus the covers just hold unwanted heat in.
