Having new tyres fitted. Can anyone advise?

Tomorrow, the OH is having new tyres all round (early Xmas pressie)When I ordered them from Tyre shopper I was offered the Tracking done for £28 at National Tyres, where the boots will be fitted. Now on their website I can print a voucher for "Half price wheel alignment" only £14. Is this the same as tracking? The fitting price includes the wheel balancing so if alignment is that I wont bother. Thanks.

Alignment is more comprehensive than just getting the tracking done.

A fiver says they interchange the terms 'tracking' and 'alignment'.
