Mini One Steel Wheels
Discussion
there are usually penty of 15" mini wheels on ebay, mostly alloys, but they are not expensive as evereyone wants 17" or above so the 15" are not in demand (apart from maybe now for snow tyres).
there are also a few mini spares specialists/breakers on ebay (bmw mini) that should have a set, and delivery will only be £40.

Yes I did. I bought a set from BMW Edinburgh who had them for sale on ebay. £110 for wheels with trims delivered.
Put the winter tyres on over the weekend and it's much better. It needed pushing most of the way up the rural(ish) hill I live on which was covered in snow to get to the tyre place. As soon as I got back about 30 mins later I tried the same thing and it went up first time, still some wheel spin etc, but no pushing required!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the wheels/tyres. Good luck!
PS: I also got the tyres from mytyres which got delayed, but they did arrive eventually (took about 10 days)

Manage to get some yesterday, a stroke of luck with the local dealership. 4 new steel wheels with brand new tyres for £380 after they had a cancellation. They are excellent too.
That's not bad - I paid £420 for steels plus Winter Contis in early Dec (plus about another £100 for the dealer to fit them and replace the locking wheel nuts after I broke the adapter trying the DIY route). Still waiting for the trims to turn up.ETA: Now just need Winter Doors - adding to the dipping windows problem they stopped entirely on Friday with a Bong and /=! icon on the dash, now doors frozen shut. Don't fancy crawling in from the boot, so still haven't tried the tires.

Wouldn't recommend climbing through the boot, it's pretty tight! So the windows have frozen shut which means the doors will not open?
We've got the trims, but have kept them off, I prefer the silver look of the steel on their own, very go-kart like!
Yep - frameless windows, never again. It defrosted and I took it over some backroads near Bicester yesterday while avoiding the madness that is the M40 from the A43 to A34 junctions. Slithered a bit but kept traction. Only downside is that the passenger side window now goes up and down randomly and took about half a dozen attempts to actually shut. Grr!We've got the trims, but have kept them off, I prefer the silver look of the steel on their own, very go-kart like!
Agree with you about the trims - I've ordered the centre covers only, to protect the hub and wheelnuts, not the whole dishtray.
