532Bhp at the wheels @TVR Power

Hi Guys,

I took my 532bhp sledge to TVR Power today, to finish the map.
It did 497bhp on arrival, but needed finishing off on some rollers than can cope!!!

It did 517bhp with the lid on, i then removed the airbox lid and she shot to 532bhp!
this is AT THE WHEELS, so around DOUBLE the power of a 4.2.
I will be making a gauze airbox lid now!!!!

The reason i put the Kinslers on was for drive-ability. It had camshaft shunt because of such a wayward cam, but i didnt want to come down on duration.
It now will drive along on idle, i drove it back in the snow with no dramas, but never went above 2k.

BTW it makes 90lbs/ft at idle!

Did you see Mad Jon CiRBY in Power...going the 5.7 route...might drop by myself later and have a gander...

Now best bring that beast along to the next WWM meet...guess Anthony will be there with his LS Cerbera...probably Paul Black too....with the LS Sag.....that'll be three LS cars

As far as Max speed i will be happy if i can crack the 200mph barrier, now its mapped properly, even a tincey bit safe right at the top, when the weather gets more sensible im gonna have a crack...

This car has run 11.1 over the 1/4 mile struggling for traction as expected.
I think the 1/8 mile was 7.3 over 100 mph.
We are looking at a very low 3 seconds to 60mph.
Top speeds anyones guess. Got to be over 200 easy.
