Aria Hotel - Las Vegas
Discussion
Room wise the Bellagio is probably the worst out of the top hotels.
Having said that, it will probably be my choice when i go back in April. Just something about the lakeview room and watching those Fountains.
Wynn, Bellagio, anywhere in City Centre, Venetian, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Signature @ MGM - all will be perfect.

Aria is nice, rooms are good with lots of techy toys, you can programme curtains, music, lights and so on. Corner suites are good and a friend of mine who was there when I was in October had a sky suite, which was very nice, he had his kids in tow so needed the extra space. Casino I think is ok, lots of dark brown wood, I was there working so didn't tour any other casinos, walked through some getting to the monorail and back. Eva Longoria's restaurant is good.
The question to ask is how much time will you be in your room and is it worth paying for? Always loads of deals at all the hotels.

I was there a month ago, and agree with most posters, its very nice, but not the best atmosphere. By that I mean I really enjoyed eating in places like Fix at Bellagio where you can watch the rest of the casino crowd go by, whereas Aria has its best restaurants on different floors away from the casino. Some may favour the quietness but I prefer the buzz. Casino is also a little bit more expensive than many around it.
I much preferred spending time in Planet Hollywood opposite, or Bellagio which is very close. Also, the set-back position from the strip means a slightly longer walk to some places which may or may not bother you.
On the plus side its new, modern and as a relative unknown there may still be some good deals to be had. It's also a good location being mid-strip.

It depends what you want to do and how much you want to pay. The suites at Bellagio are lovely, but the poker room isnt great.
The MGM rooms are fine and I find it to have the best poker room.
Wynn is nice, but at the wrong end of the strip
Paris and NY NY are fine, cheap and good locations
