I've been to both Moscow and Doha following England and they are not suitable venues. Moscow was by far the most hostile environment I've ever been to and the beer in Doha was £8 a pint.

I think half the reason the world cup has gone to the nations it has, is a bit like formula 1 expanding into unused markets. There are countrys that footballs elite torunament has never been to, and i guess that influenced the decsision, along with the £15million in used notes
