White Seiko Monster parts?

Ok, after having a bit of an idea about wanting to mod my monster, off I went searching on the web. I wanted to have a white dial/chapter ring and then I was going to look into getting the case/bezel/bracelet pvd'd white. I've not seen an all white monster and I'd quite like it.

After a bit of searching it seems they did make a white dial/chapter ring, as seen in these pictures:

I'm only after the gen parts to preserve a sort of OEM look and I've tried a few places now with no luck. I tried Harold at yobokies and he can only source the mini monster white parts, I also tried another dutch chap who can't supply them.

Any ideas where else? Should i even try Seiko?

Or even if anyone can recommend a place for PVD coating as Bry is not responding to emails at the minute.
