Yeah but I'm happy to spend more than £10/bottle. In fact, I was quite happy to spend £23/bottle for a champagne that's normally >£30...

(And I did buy a few bottles of Tesco finest prosecco while I was there at a tenner each)

Sainsbury's taste the difference Cava for us, tastes just as good as Moet et al IMO. I think we've still got one bottle of the Ariston Fils Champagne that we buy from the tiny vineyard in Epernay but other than that it'll be Cava for us.

We've had second Christmas this afternoon with friends and family. The full works, Christmas Pud, Turket etc. and I think we're a good way in to a case of Cava and now Wii Mario Kart wars are ongoing
