Say a bloke driving his TVR Cerbera today with 4-5 inches of snow on the roof.

I was trying to think of a less suitable car for the snow.
5 liter engine
Rear wheel drive
racing clutch
slick tyres
no traction control

Nope I think that's about as unsuitable as it's possible to get

I can beat that. I saw a moron trying to ride his Suzuki GSX-R 750 motorcycle through about 60cm of snow last year when I came over to the UK. I've no idea how long he lasted but it really was a genuine entry for the Darwin awards.

A motorbike is OK on snow but not on ice. I once did a 150 mile trip on a Gold Wing in the aftermath of heavy snow in the 80s but mainly on relatively clear gritted roads. it's a question of avoiding the ice. It's fine on nice crisp snow.

4.2-4.5 liter V8 engine or 4.0 S6
Rear wheel drive
performance clutch
Road legal treaded tyres
no traction control apart from the throttle pedal

Nope I think that's about as unsuitable as it's possible to get

Plenty of bicycle tyre tracks on the pavements around my area. The pavements are more slippery than the roads at the moment. I wouldn't want to be on a bicycle on those pavements.

I only see the tracks though, they could have been pushing the bikes rather than riding them. Or it's less slippery on a pushbike than in my not particularly designed for snow footwear.

Aah, good call! Not even Tony Hawk's V8 skateboard can beat that.
