I've no idea myself, description throws me off because most of it sounds aftermarket...

Picture looks sort of Ka-ish?

1.4s didn't have 100bhp+.

Sounds to me like it is either a ford fiesta, 1.4 special edition (for the leather) with a few engine mods to push it into the 100bhp category.

However more likely is a rover/MG 25/ZR as the 1.4 gives 105bhp as standard and the list of aftermarket extra's would fit in with a ZR

+1 for the Rover as its pretty much the only car from that era that gave more than 100bhp from a standard 1.4

The seller certaintly has some rather interesting feedback, a few not very happy customers and a bit of a history selling cars on eBay so I call BS on the story "THE MISSUS HAS OWNED THIS FOR THE PAST YEAR BUT WANTED A 4X4 FOR WINTER" http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFe...

Listing reads like its been written by a cock anyway, CAPS LOCK all the way through and lots of spelling mistakes. No thanks.

I think its the ZR aswell... But he's also forgotten to mention he's been ragging it everywhere from cold, found mayo all over the engine bay, leaks everywhere and suspect HGF wink

The snow must be this scammers dream!!!

Either way....you have to be nuts bidding on it. At 1200 quid I wouldn't take a chance especially after reading his feedback. If the car was worth it then he would reveal it.

I'm guessing it's a early MK2 ZR+
half leather seats (same as most)
17" wheels (the Straights are 17, I have them)
1.4 103~ bhp as standard.

From the description given, 17's, more than 100bhp from a 1.4, half leather + chav tat (smoked lights, big boot spoiler) and how optimistic his value is, I'd agree that it must be a ZR.

There are some inconsistencies in his ad though. Under the title it says 54 reg, 55,000 miles, but in the ad it says 04 reg, 45,000 miles.

Hardly any 1.4 puts out >100hp. Has to be a zr.
