Anyone engaged in one before??
I'm doing one a Christmas and haven't the faintest as to what goes on.
This is my charactor:
Jack E Jackson- A South African gold miner who has made and lost his fortune many times over.
Costume Suggestion: Rough diamond- jeans, collarless shirt worn with a cravat, boots, ideally a full length leather coat
Searched high and low for pics of South African gold miners from the 1900's and got nothing. Know the clothes but trying to find "the look"

Try searching for 'boer' (Afrikaans for farmer) with the term gold miner.
