hi just joined the forum.does anybody out there know if the 13/60 and vitesse carry the same body tub if not what is different?

As far as I know, virtually the same. Apart from the obvious headlamps, any other differences are cosmetic. The only other possible difference is that an overdrive equipped Vitesse has a cut-out at the front of the transmission tunnel.

Some years ago now, I used a donor 13/60 front scutal, rear tub and bonnet for a Mk2 Vitesse chassis, without any problems.

A Mk II Vitesse has the handbrake cable guides on the body rather than the chassis, and bump stop mounts in the rear arches.
