Does anyone know or have access to technical information regarding:

What is the specified end-float for the differential output flanges?

car is a 2000MY X308 XJR.

Output Shaft end float check:

0 to 0.15mm is OK, any more than 0.15mm then renew the bearing.

Nice work on your suspension overhaul and geometry set up BTW.
