Was in harrogate today and saw one of these, complete with the land rover bonnet lettering replaced with cosworth.

I actually think that looks pretty good for a Kahn effort. Definately worse cars to drive about in. dont like the blue dials though that is very Max Power.

Corrrr, I like that. I like that, alot! I'd take one, in white like that, but I think the wheels need to be an inch or two smaller...

Right, flame suit donned.

ETA: Mum's friend had a 1.9TDI Ford Galaxy a few years ago, that had Powered by Cosworth in the back windows, they're a rather posh family so they wouldn't have added it, though I think it may have actually been toyed with...

To be fair the externals were ok, other than the massive cosworth badge.

That is an awful lot of money for a set of cosmetic upgrades to be honest.

If you want more power from your LR diesel there must be plenty of option via superchips or the like and you get to keep the stealth look of the normal bodywork.

Wouldn't have thought so; given the 1.9 is a VW engine.

Perhaps whoever owned it first hankered after the V6 version. I honestly don't know whether Ford did a 24 valve Galaxy. If they did it would almost be a Cosworth car; as the 2.9 had a transverse version of the Cologne that became the Cosworth BOA. It's a very tenuous link.

I love the way most of the stuff on the price list ends in 99. smile
