Couple of rust bubbles appearing on arch

Nothing at all serious, just what look like the very beginnings of rust setting in on the rear arch, but I'd like to nip it in the bud if I can. Just wondering how easy this is to rectify (i personally have no experience fixing bodywork) and how much it may cost?

Won't be pricey but get it done properly and by that I mean don't get some body shop to do it on the cheap as it will just rust through again. If its your E36 (I checked your garage) then I'd be checking underneath for corrosion and getting that sorted at the same time if there is any - A lot of E36's I've worked on have rotten back ends so worth getting on top of it early before it becomes terminal
