I'm guessing most of you have already seen this and there's probably been multiple threads on it but it only recently came to my attention so click on the link if you haven't heard of it. Well worth a look.

I've seen dribs and drabs but never seen the lot, so thanks! Might be a re-pot for most, but I'll enjoy. smile

first time ive seen this, it looks fanatastic but in a way is shame they are kept in a museum condition, most people will never see them being driven but its still quite cool.

someone spent a llot of time and money collecting clean examples of boring 80s tin. Good for him, but not a collection which would interest too many people.

Hardly.

It would be a waste if they were scrapped or some chav ruined them, at the minute they are being very well looked after.

Would you call Jay Leno's huge collection a fking waste?

I disagree. I'm glad at least one of each is preserved rather than it end up being thrashed by some chav or joyrider and being destroyed

Fair enough have one of each. But having several of each polished to death and never used is a waste

Better they are kept in this sort of condition than be thrashed or crashed - they do get used at some point, but just not very much!

I'd be interested to know how much the ex-Diana RST would be worth, and how much he has invested in that collection. Must be half a million with the M3s and the 190 Evo?

IIRC he uses most of them from time to time, apart from the 'Diana car'. There was a write up in Fast Ford a while back......

Jason Plato used the black 3-door in the "5th Gear" comparison vs the Merc 190 2.5-16
