Hi all. I was just reading another thread and it came up that airbag lights on will be a fail i was wondering if this was true . I've had both my every day cars passenger airbags disconnected ( we have a new baby)so how would that work with babies in the car? just curious. if it became an issue i would have to use the toys 71 range rover and Mk2 escort no airbags biggrin

If it does come in, you'd have to go to your dealer/manufacturer, and they'd code the system to accept the non working airbags.

Do your cars not have a switch to disable the airbags to save having to disconnect them?

Yes plus any of those engine management lights that pop up as well, plus wiring and a host of other things. Nothing is written in stone yet so watch this space, or the other one.
