Panasonic 3D Camcorder?

Has anyone actually used or seen the footage from one of these new 3D Camcorders?

Are they any good?

I take it the lens doesn't just attach to any camcorder, the camcorder must be special too?

AFAIK it's just the lens and they are/will be selling it to normal cameras and camcorders.
