Help with bedroom TV choice please

Looking for a 22 TV/DVD combo for the bedroom.
So far choosing between these two:

Philips 22PFL3825H http://www.johnlewis.com/231030132/Product.aspx
Not heard of Linsar before; will the sound on these be really crap?; I notice that the JL 5yr warranty is only on the TV, the DVD has a shorter warranty period. Is that because they always go wrong?
It will be mostly for watching broadcast TV, and occasional DVD.
