I have a 4ft x 1ft mirror that I want to bond to a wooden wardrobe door.

I have Sikaflex or evo-grip (like gripfill) and was wondering what the best solution is to get this to stay stuck permanently?

Any ideas please?

Gripfill or no nails will be fine don't use silicone.
Take the door off and use the blob method press mirror into mastic rehang door after 12 hours.

There is "Mirror Adhesive".
I don't know if this is a marketing ploy and is infact the same thing as Grip fill / Sticks Like Sh*t etc, but what I do know, is that it works.

I used it to. I was concerned that the normal product might affect/eat/damage the metallic backing.

Yes, you MUST use a mirror specific adhesive, isn't worth ruining a mirror, the silvering might corrode/detach after a few years otherwise - or get a glass drill and some mirror screws/fixing kit.

It's a pity they only sell it by the tube-full - enough for 20 mirrors when you only want to fix one. But I suppose it works as a general adhesive too.

MTFU, just use a hammer and nails to put it up biggrin

Most eseriously, most adhesives will corrode the silvering on the back of the mirror. Either proper mirror adhesive or else drill some holes in it and use proper mirror screws.
