Absolute scum of the earth. Do those little bcensoredds get off on this kind of behaviour?
To make it worse, he will get the usual slap on the wrist, as 'people' like this "need to be rehabilitated and not punished". furious
They should cut off his bcensoreds off and forcibly feed them to him!

Rant over...

I reckon cutting of his nuts of and feeding them to him wont be of any benefit, infact it might make matters worse. Infact i would have thought the person forcibly feeding them to him would actually be deemed as absolute scum of the earth

16 is hardly pre-pubescent. Regardless of your upbringing, if you're a 16 year old and honestly think damaging at least 9 cars is quite an acceptable way to spend a Saturday evening, then you are and forever will be a scumbag, and deserve a kick in the teeth from every single damaged car owner.

Ah sneaky edit above, damnit!

There was another instance of car vandalism in Dundee that night, plus dozens of cars attacked near Baxter Park on at least 2 occasions.

Perhaps a couple of hands amputated, scum like this will never improve.

Hopefully his name and address is published, despite its 'Hooman Rites'!

How about just shooting him in the head then? That would work for me.

Im certainly not justifying it.

A lot of violence around here, perhaps also a product of mispent youth.

So countries that practise capital/corporal punishment and have crime-rates a lot closer to zero than the UK are completely wrong? Having a country where the public show respect rather than contempt for the law is wrong?
My suggestion, which incidentally is not any product of misspent youth, would be to use trash like this as an example to his peers.

Whilst I can be fairly right wing in my opinions at time (see: Happy Slapping Baby to Death Thread), an incident like this does seem to be the kind where the intervention of certain professionals could possibly help.

My youngest son (19) had his pride and joy keyed down one side in Justice Mill lane Aberdeen one night some time ago. The lad works full time, doesn't drink, smoke or really waste any of his hard earned, he spends it all on the car he saved £5k to by outright. The little scrote's that have cost him £500 to get fixed had better keep their eye's peeled, if I and his 3 bigger brothers find out who it is they won't be going to the cop shop, it'll be an interview with baseball bats down a back alley after dark for those little tossers.

Too many bloody tree huggers (sam919)about for my liking, Stewy68 is absolutely on the nail, I've worked in most middle eastern countries where their punishments may seem medieval, however, I know I'd feel more comfortable walking down a back street in Tehran or Damascus late at night than I would in Torry or Dundee........

Thanks, but im just forwarding facts. Been around the world myself perhaps seeing a darker side of humanity than most, and ive come to the conclusion that for relatively minor although annoying incidents that violence isnt the answer as it, in many cases, tends to breed more anger and resent for the system.

What you going to do about the tree huggers!! haha hang them for having a different view from yours, not the answer! Perhaps if there were more about than angry little men then you wouldnt have scratched cars!

I think there are less barbaric solutions which would prove more effective:

Make the person go around to every owner and apologise personally.
Make him do say 8 hours unpaid work for them of any type they say
have his photograph and crimes posted around where he stays
have a compensation order for damage deductable until paid from any benifit or wages he ever earns or gets
Take away any assets he has say a car and sell it to pay compensation

What we need is people to pay a real price that matters to them for their crime
If the state deducts say £5 a week for 10 years then they may recognise what their crimes cost.

i don't believe in revenge attacks. When we go there we don't have a system of law or justice. No one wants that in reality.

What we do need though is low level crime tackled more seriously even though it may be more difficult to detect as opposed to easily detectable crimes eg speeding being pursued simply because they are easy and pander to the idiot minority of 'safety' postulators who are too stupid to recognise the broader picture

All very well, and yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion of there own, however before the punishment can be dealt whether it be thought right or wrong, you have to catch the little sod's, and let's face it, how often do you see reports in the media of them actually being caught, not often enough I'm afraid, let's face it they are just scum of the earth hiding under a stone somewhere.......

Funnily enough, after reading the title myself, I thought everyone would expect the thread to be about Frankie Boyle.

Edit for typo.

I used to see this sort of thing in one of the places i used to live in, in inverness
every friday morning i would be on my way to work and down my street most of the cars would have had their wing mirrors kicked off except for the neighbours merc and their landcruiser although it look like they had a few tries at the landcruiser

then after the cars were done all the bins would be all over the place, there was a pub down the road and i reconed it was some drunken idiots doing it at kicking out time but later my landlord told me it was some kids that were doing it, they were in school with his 10 year old son

it didnt happen once though, by the time most of the cars had been repaired they were done in all over again, it did eventually stop but no-one got caught for it

a foot in the rear was too good for those little sts
