Replacing the wheels on my Chim - advice please.

Am planning on replacing the wheels on my 4.0 litre Chim next year.
They may not be in everybody's taste but I love the Wolfrace Slots and I personally think they should suit the Chim.
Wolfrace are manufacturing them again next year.
My questions are:
1. Do I stick to 15 inch fronts and 16 inch rears?
2. Would increasing the wheel sizes to say 16 front and 17 rear with lower profile tyres and perhaps wider wheels adversely affect the handling such as tram-lining?
3. Does anyone have any other experience/advice for changing the wheel sizes?
4. Would the ride be made too harsh to be comfortable for longer journeys?
5. Oh, and any other advice would be much appreciated.
