I have just acquired an e36 328i SE. First impressions are good and I'm planning on keeping it a while so I would like to join a forum mainly for the technical side of things. Which forum has the best bunch of people on in your opinion?

Thanks in advance. smile

Joined e36coupe today, looks good so I will have a nosey about. As for pics I only have the ones off the advert so far due to the weather and starting and finishing work in the dark.

Certainly enjoying the refinement, my last two cars were an Impreza WRX and then an MX-5 so this makes a nice change. Already been looking at the cdv removal, I have never stalled a car so much in my life. biggrin

That's a coincidence. I've just gone on a similar journey to the op, from integra type-r to mx5 and now 328i coupe with the m - sport kit. Lovely car, which imo is actually as enjoyable as the mx5 in its own way. A car that has a comfortable side but also a hooligan side, and THAT engine (my first 6 pot). Loving it.

www.bmwowner.com is by far and away the best BMW forum I've ever used. This is what www.e36coupe.com was renamed to quite some time ago as a large percentage of BMW owners on there no longer have e36's. I think i've been there since Feb '04 now!

bimmerforums has the potential to be really good, but it's just so over-moderated. Almost aggressively so.

BMW Owner looks much more accessible from my short time on there, so that gets my vote.
