E90 320d - CD Player Problems

The CD Player in my 2007 320d has a very strange problem. If you park the car up on, for example, track 7 of a CD, when you return to the car a while later, it's moved on and might be halfway through track 3! Has anyone else had this problem or know of a cure? My E46 330ci used to do the same thing if I remember rightly. The car's been in for a service today and I asked them to look at this and they can't find a problem

Any ideas?
