Made this tonight, sixth (seventh?) attempt - and for once it was highly successful! Delicious with our AA Sirloin Steak. But, made far too much, can I freeze it, or failing that keep it in the fridge for how long?

It will keep in the fridge fora couple of days fine but I doubt it would freeze well. It would split on defrosting.
