Noise from rear of car

Hi Chaps,I hope im wrong but i think i may have a problem with my E46 M3 i have only just noticed that when doing a slow left turn their seems to be a rumble coming from the rear left wheel axle area this only manifests itself on slow left turns, could this just be the diff compensating? any ideas would be very helpful. Common symptom on //M cars. Its the diff plates sticking that makes the noise. My car is having its diff oil changed as I type to the 'special oi' that bmw use to solve the problem. If you search google for 'bmw oil fm booster' you'll find info there. Not cheap stuff though.

Yep, my M5 just had the oil change.
