If you've taped it but not yet watched, stop reading now!

I didn't know it was on, so only saw the last 6 laps, but in summary - WOW!!!
With 11 laps to go, Laconi had an 11 second gap over Chili, but was on a set of tyres that were starting to suffer. In his desperate attempt to hang on to the lead, Laconi was achieving tyre-smoking degrees of sideways-ness that a racing Tuscan would have been proud of, but despite that Chili was still closing at a second a lap. On the penultimate lap a daydreaming back-marker appeared to have ruined Chili chances, but a lap record on the last lap undid the damage and he passed Laconi.

Entertainment on a level F1 can only dream of
Anybody tape the whole thing?

Fantastic race and great to see Chilli winning. The MotoGP was also great with Rossi winning after loosing the lead a lap before the end - and on a Yamaha !

For non bike fans that's the equivalent of Schumacher swapping seats to a Jaguar and still winning the first F1 race of the season !

must go to Rossi and Biaggi, PF Chili , Pedrosa (stonking 250 race) and Troy Corser (for putting the FPR on the podium)

Bloody amazing racing, particularly the WSBK! Haven't seen the 250 or 125 GPs yet, but Rossi/Biaggi was great stuff too - Biaggi broke the lap record on the last lap!

Watching WSBK with Laconi sideways out of that quick left hander with smoke pouring off the tyre made me smile and laugh out loud like the Eurosport commentators. Even Sarah was glued to the screen. Chili made a brilliant job of coming through the pack (without the aid of pit stops...), but Laconi was amazing. Those two were 30 seconds clear of the pack at the end! Even the interviews were great. Top stuff all round.

(It's funny, I said in another post a few weeks ago that I thought Formula 1 was really dull: I then got something of a verbal kicking from several people who assured me it really was exciting... I wondered if maybe I was a bit harsh about F1 and that the others had a point, but after this weekend I realise I wasn't harsh enough!

Horses/courses etc, of course.)

The 250 race was on a par with the Rossi/Biaggi , PFC/Laconi race....

Def. worth not missing it.
