Evening all,

Just a quickie smile

Can anybody recommend an Independant Scooby specialist in our area, the closer to Windsor the better.

A mate of mine had an issue in the recent ice and kerbed his GB270 quite well, and SGT down in Taplow are trying to have his pants down.

Google hasn't really come up with the goods for me and i know you guys and gals know everything!

Cheers

The 2 i know and trust are below

Google TFS Racing Camberley

and another is GRD Racing developments.

Both are good but really depends on what you want to which one you go to.

What is it that is needed? What services etc?

As Stevie has said those guys are local (ish) and trustworthy for any job.

www.tfsracing.co.uk (I think)

http://surreysubaruspecialists.co.uk/

http://www.greenwoodracing.co.uk/

Also if it is geo that is required maybe give Jimmy a call of JS Engineering.

Regards
Steve

Another vote for GRD (Greenwood). They're between Chobham and Woking and have done a fair bit to mine, including two wheel alignments in one day after I skidded on the ice into a kerb on my way home from having it done the first time

James does a very good alignment yep - 4 wheel jobbie, while you watch. If you need more camber than usual he may even ask you to hang off a wheel while he tightens it up for you !!

Thanks for all the replies - i have passed your pearls of wisdom onto him.

Basically he got a bit of oversteer of a patch of ice (he swears he wasn't cocking about hehe) and clobbered the rear near side into the kerb. He clobbered it so hard you can actually see that the wheel is out of line. I suspect he's bent at least one arm. SGT basically wanted to rebuild the back end of the car.

I'll let you know how he gets on.
