Wedge Calendar..Your thoughts please

Hi chaps..I was contemplating getting some calendars made up with photos from you guys some relating to the seasons..Basically it would consist of a vote on the best photos and most apt caption(Doesnt have to have caption),It would also be nice to include some BBWF pics or even a BBWF calendar for this year as its my first..Maybe combine with seasonal..Not sure if theres enough time to do one for this coming year...Its possible but wont be as thought out..At the moment ive found a company that charge around £5.33 per colour photo calendar but become cheaper the more you order,I will fix a price that includes postage as im only looking to get me money back on what it costs..I will do some research to find out if there any that are cheaper,The front cover could be winners of best looking,worst looking or whatever you see fit..Maybe some collage although they would be a little dearer..There has been some wonderfull pics already and most are worthy especially the best and rest pics...Pics can be sent to me via email once we have decided by vote what goes where..Ive put a demo up just to give some ideas but havent decided what backgrounds or borders,I welcome anyone who wants to help in the design or printing,Privacy will be honoured if you dont want reg displayed, Although these are intended for wedge owners,...many thanks..Ziga

Good idea - and we can have a countdown to BBWF on each day ;^) or at least reminders to book the hotel a good few months before, etc...

Yeah..That is a great pic.stunning backdrop..I also like the following:Combine..blue 450,Rooodboy..350i,Broadside..450se,Pwd..450se,Dixibabes..350i&350sx,Wedgie..400se,350wedge..400se.. But its not to say that all the rest are not nice,Big daft lad has a nice winter pic..Some would look better with a different setting..Would need to start a vote thread once everyone is in agreement,Good idea adam..would need dates that are permanent fixtures as to count downs and reminders...Cheers for the input..Zig

I think your right about TimboNZ pic on front cover..Would need his permission plus a high res pic as this one is low res..Been a bit cheeky but needed to test and i do think that all these would look good in a calendar..Possibly have one ready for this year if we are quick..would need pics emailed to me soon as along with the owners ok..Will include the dates for permanent meets and countdown to this years BBWF..Would consider giving the front cover winner a free one..

Id be happy to send you any of mine thats if they are worthy, Im sure Carob has a few gud un's but dont let the jocks send you any from the RNR i have paid for them to be kept secret.

Hi guys..Some great pics..Cant decide on wall calendars or desk calendars..I was thinking of the latter as they are cheaper plus you can hang up or put on desk,They measure 210mmX95mm and 2481X1122 pixels..and they are less likely to get damaged by the postie..Might be a better idea as its the first attempt and i dont wanna bawls it up..Just waiting on appropriate dates and a couple more pics..Many thanks..zig

Zig, maybe you could add photo's of jaw dropping facial expressions to give some amusement to it,like the ones when we first set eyes on them wedges !

Hi mate..There are so many themes i have been thinking about..One weas a saucy calendar but it meant hiring some saucy girls to pose by your wedge at a BBWF (might get too expensive)..Or like you say..or one with funny captions..A collage might be good to emphasis all the different models..and colours.. I might have to do two or three running together so people can choose..At the moment im keeping them desktop size as collage would need to be wall calendars..Also once ive done a bit of trading with the printers then maybe get prices down a bit more..I could always do some for mid january but want to see how it goes first..Many thanks..Zig

Will put your name down mate..But ive had so many applicants for that job that we might have to toss for it..I was gonna use mermaids as they come self lubed but it smelt a bit fishy to me..

Hi chaps..Nearly finished designing the first calendar and was thinking maybe a funny one to run alongside it so if everyone is cool with having number plates on show and me using their pic can you post on here your funny car or weird pics..We can decide on the funniest caption and the front cover..Im trying my best to get them before the start of new year..I have included dates for meets and events from the forum calender,Also goodwood and british GP dates..Are there anymore that i might of overlooked..Many thanks..Mark

Hi peeps..Just waiting for one more person to send me a pic of their car and the calendar can go for printing...There is also one more space for october and would prefer a wedge any colour other than blue,Preferably in a country setting..If not i can shuffle it all around again..Pics can be emailed to me but include your year and model please..Many thanks..Zig
