E92 M3 buying help

Hi all.
Good friend off mine has finally found the E92 Coupe that fits budget and spec he wants.

However, while we have looked at a few cars, this is the first one he is really serious about and wants.

Can anyone direct me too some good buyers guides or info on things to watch for please.

Its an 07 manual with 35k. It has Full spec in tv and Sat Nav etc.
