Photoshop help, please

One of Mr and Mrs Dibble's Aussie mates is over for Christmas with his family. He's a great bloke, and will enjoy what I have in mind (oo-er missus)m which is a Moonpig card in the style of "Hello" magazine... As only Little Britain's Daffyd could manage.

My photo editing skills are sadly lacking. I've managed to (roughly) amend the photo I've got so the side of my mate's plumbing truck reads something else. Are any of the resident PS/GIMP gurus able to dress him more appropriately for me, as the only gay plumber in the village? This is what I have "achieved" so far. I can e-mail the picture to you - it's a .jpg of 905KB, so not too big.

I am of course skint, but I'll gladly donate a tenner to the charity of your choice, if someone can help me out with this.
