Beware......

Just recieved a mail from:
administration@ntlworld.com
with the subject:
Important notify about your e-mail account.

The attached file contains the w32.Beagle.J@mm virus.

Beagle or Bagle?

One of the many worms rolling around at the moment,


Spoofed from addresses normally taken from the address book/mail box of the infected machine.

Dunnae worry too much.

i too am getting a lot of these now.
If it makes it any easier the virus email is about 24K in size, unless your using hotmail (thats only a 1K html link).

If you're using Outlook Express and you get a suspicious mail (particularly one with an attachment), you can view the body of the message without having to open it...

- Right-click the message in the inbox and select 'Properties'
- Click the 'Details' tab and then click 'Message Source...'

If you ignore the message header stuff at the top of the window, you'll see the body of the message below that. You can then decide whether it's worth opening the message or not.
