The Tourist - what you think?

Saw this film last week. I quite liked it. nothing too serious, funny in parts, Jonny Depp is quite cool as always. Although the critics really panned it and give it a warm luke warm reception.

I think its classed as a thriller which probably isn't the best genre. But better than some of the other stuff I've seen this year.

Anyone else seen it??

It looked a bit tongue in cheek to me on the trailer, is he playing a serious character or is it a bit 'Pirates'? Saw the American, that's a good film.

Haven't seen it. Don't want to. Depp and Jolie need to get over themselves, and then I'll go see them again. Super celebrities make my teeth hurt. Too much make-up, too many Miami wholesale sunglasses, and too many plastic surgeries. Plus, the plot looked boring. They are better actors than that.

No he plays it straight. I looked at the American, ironically the 'critics' panned it more than this.
