Hi all
I've done a search but couldn't find if its been asked before, I had my set of alloy wheels and Kumho KW17s winter tyres fitted today that I bought form E-bay, All seemed fine until I got home, after the car said there asa a loss of pressure warning. Front right tyre had a puncture. On closer inspection I found they are run flats. They hadn't gone far with the warning on. I was wondering, can they be repaired like a normal tyre, or will I have to get a whole new tyre?

Many thanks

James.

Try filling them up and see if it happens again.

I had this on my car a little while ago, had to fill them up and no more problems. Not sure why it happened in the first place, but there was quite a drop in pressure in one of the front tyres.

Sinizter- I tried fillling them back up when I got back home, there is a small hiss coming from the tyre, the pressure is going down very slowly though.

Doogz, Thats good to know, the puncture sounds like its coming from the middle of the tyre, il phone our local garage tomorrow, see what they say.
