Having had 2 of these in a day. A few things sprung to mind.
i) In one I got done fo the Name & Shame rule. Fair enough, I suppose. But surely go back and remove all traces of the name of the company from the thread. For complete fairness. And lets not even get into "high street tyre and exhaust fitters" being used all over the place seemingly without censorship
2) Expressing an alternative view on a thread (however robustly) shouldn't be deleted because "someone" thinks it's distasteful. I for one feel putting people into financial crisis is distasteful.
3) On the subject of "someone" lets have some of the admin team have the courage to sign their name on the email.
