Engine number : location

hello all,

update on a long story : Noble is in Belgium, and today I got an email from Belgian Ministry of Transport that I can go for homologation MOT, so made an appointment instantly, will be MOT'ed on 7 January, so one step closer to registration in Belgium

One question though : managed to get the chassisnumber located, but where is the engine number :s (ok, on the engine, but where ?)?

Think it was stamped on the engine somewhere ! From memory the last three digits on the Vin number also relate to the engine number, ie - 264 is build number & engine number.

Most were written on with a marker pen...

found it : close to the intercooler box, at gearbox side, stamped JN0059
