Houx closed for 2011?

I've been informed by a tour operator, that the Houx campsite (not annex) is due to have Building work starting on it in May, so won't be available or will have greatly reduced capacity:-( ! Anyone else heard this?

The ACO are making a banked section for public viewing of the South side of the Bugatti circuit and the ground works will have an impact on the available camping space in Houx. It is not being closed for 2011, but will be reduced in size. Tickets are still being sold and are valid.

Lets not count our Poulets yet. From previous experience, the ACO do what they want when they want with no concern for the paying fans. Lets face it, anythig could happen in 6 months the way they conduct their "business".

As mentioned it'll be open but the banking is being redeveloped to add seating. We've just booked the same area as we had last year ( VXR Powerevents) and they've shown how we've lost about 3 metres from the banking for use this year.
