Travelling down from Cheshire

Hey, is anyone else going to be travelling down to PF from the Cheshire area on the friday afternoon? Want to meet up and get lost together ???

I'm coming from Manchester on the friday.

I'm working in the morning and tend to be a bit tired in the afternoon (I'd lke a nap) but would convoy up if you poked me enough.

Usual meeting spot is Knutsford services for this.

hey, any of the M6 service stations round Cheshire/Staffordshire would be fine, Knutsford/Keele/Stafford/Hilton Park, i'd probably be getting on at Jct16 but could go X-country to Knutsford if thats better for folks. I'll hopefully be in the Wedge... www.geocities.com/tvr_tasmin_1980 if anyone is interested.

looking forward to the pistonfest in July!.

we will also be going from the warrington area in our little convoy. so far is me (chim 4.0) wavey (griff 500) and powelly (griff500.) no probs with a rendevous at knutsford M6 services for the blast down to stratford.. what about an A road route to avoid boring, boring busy M6. the A41 is pretty good through cheshire and staffordshire down to stourbridge and i'll wager faster than the M6 on a friday night!!!

A41 is more fun yes, infact i life about 2miles from the roundabout with the A534 Nantwich/Wrexham road...decent enough pub there if you want to meet up there. As far as im aware there are no cameras between Chester and wolverhampton, and i do that route quite regularly.

If the A41 is the route of choice route can i suggest, A41/A4123 to M5 then M5/M42/M40 to stratford?

Any thoughts???
Id best go and finish the Wedge off for July then!!!
